Online Counselling & Coaching for International Clients

English-language support, wherever life has taken you

Sometimes finding the right person to talk with becomes harder when your life crosses countries, cultures, identities, or conventional ways of living.

You may be living somewhere new, building relationships across cultures, navigating identity or transition, feeling disconnected from familiar support, or simply looking for someone who can hold more complexity than a one-size-fits-all approach allows.

I offer English-language online counselling and coaching for adults, couples, and relationships living internationally.

Our work can create space to slow down, understand what is happening more clearly, and explore what might help more connection, choice, belonging, and movement become possible.

Online sessions available internationally.

When life doesn’t fit neatly into one box

Living internationally can change more than your address. Home, belonging, relationships, identity, work, language, family, community, and the future can all begin to feel different.

You might be navigating:

  • moving to a new country or building a life abroad

  • feeling caught between cultures or unsure where “home” is

  • loneliness or loss of community

  • major life transitions

  • burnout, exhaustion, or feeling that something needs to change

  • relationships across cultures, countries, or languages

  • queer or trans identity while living internationally

  • polyamory, non-monogamy, or relationships outside conventional models

  • grief, shame, or patterns that keep returning

  • questions about meaning, belonging, or the direction of your life

  • the feeling that you understand yourself intellectually but something deeper still feels stuck

I offer a warm place to land and support you to find the ground again. We can begin with what is actually happening in this moment, and go from there.

We are shaped by the places we live within

I tend to understand people and relationships as living ecosystems.

None of us exists separately from our histories, relationships, cultures, bodies, communities, work, identities, environments, and the wider conditions surrounding our lives.

When one part of that landscape changes, other parts often move with it.

A relocation may change your relationship.

A transition may change your sense of belonging.

Burnout may make visible a life that has been asking too much of you for years.

A conflict may carry histories far older and wider than the conversation happening today.

Our work can make room for the whole landscape rather than treating everything you are experiencing as an isolated problem inside you.

Sometimes simply seeing more of what has shaped a pattern begins to loosen the sense that there is something inherently wrong with you.

A slower, more experiential way of working

My approach is relational, embodied, collaborative, and experiential.

We might begin with something happening in your life and then slow down enough to notice more of what is present: emotion, sensation, imagery, movement, memory, conflicting impulses, or the different meanings you are making of an experience.

Sometimes we explore the practical surface of something: a decision, boundary, relationship difficulty, communication problem, relocation, or life transition.

Sometimes we follow the roots further into grief, shame, belonging, identity, intimacy, inherited patterns, fear, desire, or the parts of ourselves that have spent a long time outside the light.

There is room for both.

My work draws from more than ten years of professional counselling experience, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, somatic and experiential approaches, Internal Family Systems, ACT, mindfulness, Gestalt, attachment-informed work, and relational practice.

Find the doorway that feels closest to you

You do not have to fit perfectly into one of these categories. They are simply different places we might begin. Not sure? Book a free 30 minute consultation.

Bring the whole messy, beautiful, complicated landscape of who you are

I particularly welcome people whose lives cross several worlds at once.

You may be queer and living abroad.

Polyamorous and navigating an intercultural relationship.

Neurodivergent and burned out.

Going through a major transition while your community is thousands of kilometres away.

Or simply someone who has spent a long time feeling that conventional explanations do not quite capture what is happening.

Complexity is welcome.

We can become curious about how the different parts of your landscape meet.

Wherever you are, we can start with what is here

You do not need to have the right words or know exactly what kind of support you need.

The first conversation can simply be a place to meet and see what unfolds.
