Grounded support for relationships, change, and belonging
English-speaking counselling and relationship support in Oslo and online for couples and individuals navigating conflict, transition, disconnection, and belonging. Together, we look beneath the surface with curiosity—exploring the patterns, needs, and conditions shaping your life and relationships.
When life—or a relationship—starts to feel like too much…
You might be carrying something heavy without quite knowing how to name it.
You might feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together.
You might be moving through a transition, feeling disconnected from someone you love, or finding yourselves caught in the same patterns without knowing how to shift them.
Or maybe life looks okay from the outside, but underneath, something feels disconnected, unsettled, or quietly asking for your attention.
🌱
Whatever you’re arriving with, you don’t need to understand it all before you come.
We can slow things down, become curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin there.

How I work…
My approach is gentle, relational, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we'll slow down enough to notice what's happening beneath the surface, creating the conditions for new understanding, new possibilities, and lasting change to emerge over time.
Our work may include:
somatic awareness (working with the body and connecting to the environment)
mindfulness and attention practices, including gentle guided visualizations
deep listening and reflective conversation
guided reflection through journaling or simple creative exploration
learning with and through nature connection
At times, sessions may also include optional elements such as sound meditation or supportive touch (always with clear consent) when they feel supportive to the work we're doing together.
I deeply trust the wisdom that emerges when we slow down enough to listen—to ourselves, to one another, and to the living world around us. My role is to create the conditions for that listening to become possible.
There’s nothing to get right. No destination to get to. Nothing to perform.
Just space to pause, breathe, and begin to feel the ground again.
A bit about me…
I've always been fascinated by relationships—why humans long so deeply for connection, and yet so often find themselves caught in patterns of conflict, misunderstanding, and disconnection.
For more than a decade, I've supported people navigating burnout, grief, identity, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Living in Norway has transformed the way I understand this work, as time spent in forests, mountains, and changing seasons has brought a new lens for understanding human relationships.
Today, that perspective shapes everything I do, from individual and couples support to Tending the Relationship Garden, my experiential relationship course inspired by living systems.
*This work tends to resonate with people who feel deeply,
who are tired of holding themselves together all the time,
and who are looking for something quieter and more grounded.
If something here resonates with you…
I offer a free 30 minute consultation where we can sense into the fit, together.
No pressure. Just a gentle beginning.
