Welcome to Northern Lights Coaching & Consulting (NLCC). Your privacy is important to me. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit my website or work with me.

Northern Lights Coaching & Consulting (NLCC) is a trading name of Soren Stone Coaching, a registered sole proprietorship in Norway (org.nr. 937735030), operated by Soren Stone.

I provide coaching, consultation, courses, and educational services to individuals, couples, groups, and organisations.

Service and account information: Information needed to provide the services you request, such as booking information, course access information, correspondence, payment or invoice information, and other information you choose to share with me.

Session notes: I may make limited written notes or doodles during sessions to help me follow our conversation. I aim to keep these minimal and avoid including identifying information where possible. If you have questions or concerns about note-taking, please let me know.

Technical data: Information such as your browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited may be collected by my website or the third-party services used to operate it. Some analytics information may also be aggregated or anonymised.

Because of the nature of coaching and relationship work, you may sometimes choose to share sensitive personal information with me. I do not intentionally collect more sensitive information than is reasonably necessary for the service you have requested.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you

  • Schedule and provide coaching, consultation, courses, workshops, or other services you request

  • Manage course access and purchases

  • Process payments and maintain required financial records

  • Operate, secure, and improve my website and services

Depending on the situation, I process personal information because:

  • Inquiry and ordinary correspondence is deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed.

  • Information connected to an ongoing client or customer relationship may be retained while we are working together and for a reasonable period afterward.

  • Financial records, invoices, and related information are retained for the period required under Norwegian accounting and tax law.

  • Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

I periodically review information I hold and delete information that I no longer need.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to my services, technology, or legal requirements. The latest version will be available on this page. If I make a significant change that materially affects how your personal information is used, I will take reasonable steps to let affected individuals know.
