Intensives in Norway

A whole day to slow down, be held, and follow what unfolds.

Sometimes there is simply too much happening to fit neatly into an hour.

You might be moving through a major life transition, carrying a season of grief or exhaustion, or sensing that something in your life is asking for deeper attention. Perhaps your relationship has reached a place where you long for more time together, away from the demands and familiar rhythms of everyday life.

An intensive offers the gift of time.

Time to arrive slowly, settle into yourself, become curious, and stay with what is unfolding without needing to hurry toward an answer.

We might spend time in conversation, silence, movement, reflection, creative exploration, or outdoors in the natural world. Some moments may call for deep attention, while others invite rest, spaciousness, or simply being present with what is here.

There's no expectation to fill every moment. The day takes shape around you.

Two ways to spend a day together

Individual Intensives

A day for yourself, with Soren.

An opportunity to step away from your usual responsibilities and give sustained attention to whatever is happening in your life.

Whether you're navigating burnout, grief, identity, belonging, major transitions, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, we create space to explore what matters to you through conversation, somatic awareness, mindfulness, creative practices, and connection with the natural world.

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you need. We can discover that together.

Full day (approximately 8 hours) | 12,500 NOK (€1,150)

Co-Facilitated Relationship Intensives

A day for your relationship, with Soren and Kirien.

Sometimes our closest relationships need more than the time we manage to find for them in everyday life. Together with my partner, Kirien, we offer an immersive experience for couples and other relationship constellations to slow down, reconnect, and explore what's happening between them.

Having two practitioners and a whole day together creates room for different perspectives, deeper understanding, shared and individual exploration, and the possibility of meeting one another in new ways.

Whether you're navigating difficulties or simply longing to tend your relationship more intentionally, this is an invitation to give one another your time and presence.

Full day (approximately 8 hours) | 19,500 NOK (€1,800)

We begin with a direction, not an agenda

Before an intensive, we'll explore what brings you here and what you hope this time might offer. We may begin with some possibilities in mind, but we hold them lightly.

Once we're together, we follow what is actually happening.

Sometimes that means spending much of the day in conversation. Other times, the work may unfold through quiet reflection, movement, creative expression, or time outdoors.

We don't need to decide in advance what the day is supposed to become.

A different rhythm, here in Norway

Norway offers something special for this kind of work. The closeness of forest, water, mountains, and changing seasons invites us to experience a different pace.

Some intensives unfold entirely indoors. Others include walking, sitting by the water, or spending time in nature. The landscape is available as part of our work together, never something you are required to engage with.

Every intensive begins with a full day, but we can also create longer, multi-day experiences when more time would feel supportive.

For those travelling to Norway, an intensive can become part of a longer stay, with room to rest, explore, and allow the experience to settle before returning home.

Multi-day experiences are designed individually. Travel, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses are arranged separately.

Begin with a conversation

You don't need to know exactly what kind of intensive would be right for you before reaching out.

We begin with a free introductory meeting to get to know one another and explore what brings you here, whether you're coming individually or with your partner or partners.

For relationship intensives, the introductory session is also an opportunity to experience our co-facilitated approach firsthand.

Together, we can explore how much time, what kind of setting, and what sort of support might feel most meaningful for you.

You don't need to design the experience yourself. We can begin with what you know now and allow the rest to unfold.
