Polyamory & Open Relationship Counselling

Relationship support without having to defend the structure of your relationship

I offer English-language relationship counselling for polyamorous, open, and consensually non-monogamous relationships, including couples, triads, and other multi-partner constellations.

Alongside my life partner, Kirien, I offer a co-facilitated format that creates more space to slow down, notice what is happening between you, and stay curious about the relationship in the present moment.

You won’t need to justify non-monogamy, explain the basics of your relationship structure, or spend the first part of the work convincing us that your relationship is valid.

You might be coming because…

  • agreements or expectations are changing

  • jealousy, insecurity, or comparison is showing up

  • one person wants more openness than another

  • communication feels tangled across multiple relationships

  • time, attention, or emotional energy feels uneven

  • a new relationship has changed the balance of an existing one

  • trust has been strained

  • one or more people are unsure what they want

  • different partners have different needs around closeness, autonomy, or reassurance

  • you are navigating a transition in relationship structure

  • nothing is necessarily wrong, but you want more space to understand what is happening between you

These are places we can begin, rather than problems we need to rush to solve.

Couples, triads, and multi-partner relationships

Relationship counselling does not need to be limited to two people.

We welcome couples, triads, polycules, relationship anarchists, solo polyamory, open relationships, couples considering opening their relationship, and other non-monogamous relationship structures.

The co-facilitated format can adapt depending on who is part of the relationship and who would like to participate.

More than one relationship can be present in the room

Polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships often involve overlapping connections, responsibilities, histories, agreements, and emotional realities.

Sometimes the work involves the people physically present in the session. Sometimes another relationship, partner, or shift elsewhere in the relational system is also shaping what is happening.

We can make room for that wider context without assuming there is one correct relationship structure or one person whose experience defines the whole.
